On the verge of being shorter than all my other 6 sets of size 8.5 boots. But I have one pair of those (another brand) that is a bit long. I think DP did a good job on these. The "distressed leather" appearance looks a bit factory made. I like the fact I can wear them in inclement Oregon weather with the cushy soles. Nice boots.I didn't keep these, but they looked awesome and was excited for them but they were too tight. I am pretty true to a 9.5 all my work shoes are 9.5 and no problems. I ended up with a Tony Lama set that was a little softer and fit better. I would buy these if I was sure about the sizing.Really nice bootsI have bought 4 pair from amazon. I have been happy not paying retail.
