I was really excited to get these as my feet get pretty cold during the winter months. I envisioned toasty tootsies as I'm relaxing in front of the TV. After receiving them and then going back and forth with support to find out why I couldn't feel any noticeable heat, I realized the warmth is ridiculously subtle on these and limited to a small patch under the ball and arch of my foot.If I had the chance to buy them again, I would only get them for the premium quality of the slippers themselves. The heat aspect seems like a gimmick and if I could barely feel anything when the heat is on the high setting, I would imagine that medium and low would be null. Having to remove, recharge, then go through the process of positioning the batteries into the side pouches properly so the wire doesn't get bent is not worth the meager amount of heat that it puts out, for me personally. I ended up just using the slippers without the "heat" option.
